Refund policy

Change-of-Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery (incl. weekend)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • A 25% restocking fee applies, calculated based on the original purchase value of the returned product(s).

  • Approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as a store credit after the 25% restocking fee has been deducted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used items

  • Clearance or final sale products


Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.


How to Initiate a Refund

To initiate a refund, email us at Hello@soundmindstore.com. We will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method OR store credit within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at Hello@soundmindstore.com.
