This website is operated by Soundmind Pty Ltd (“Soundmind”), a non-alcoholic beverage eCommerce retailer operating in Australia. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Soundmind.

Soundmind offers a curated marketplace of non-alcoholic beverages sourced from independent third-party suppliers and brand partners. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products and services to you.

SECTION 10 – SUPPLIER CLAIMS & ALCOHOL CONTENT DISCLAIMER

Soundmind acts as a retail marketplace for non-alcoholic beverages produced and supplied by independent third-party brands.

While we make reasonable efforts to display accurate information, we rely on supplier-provided representations regarding product descriptions, ingredients, nutritional data, functional claims, and alcohol content (including “0.0%” or “≤0.5% ABV” claims).

Soundmind does not manufacture products and does not independently laboratory-test alcohol content unless legally required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Soundmind shall not be liable for inaccuracies in supplier-provided claims, including where actual alcohol content exceeds stated levels.

  • Customer remedies for misrepresentation or non-compliance may be limited to replacement, refund, or referral to the supplier, subject to Australian Consumer Law.

  • Nothing in this section excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers with medical, religious, pregnancy, or sobriety-related requirements should exercise personal discretion before consumption.

SECTION 11 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
